Each month, clients receive one personalized session, either therapy or medication management, focused on guidance, support, and accountability. The Therapy-Centered Membership provides clients with consistent, personalized support for their mental health. Each month, clients receive 2 – 45 minute telehealth psychotherapy sessions, offering space for reflection, growth, and guidance. This membership is designed to keep clients connected to care and supported on their journey toward well-being.

The Discovery Membership is designed for new clients beginning their mental health journey. In the first month, clients receive an initial psychiatric evaluation and one virtual medication management follow-up visit. All subsequent months include two virtual follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care, personalized guidance, and ongoing support. This membership helps clients establish a strong foundation in their treatment plan and is available to new clients only.

The Concierge Membership offers clients a truly personalized, high-touch experience. New members receive a welcome package, plus three follow-up visits per month, which can include therapy, medication management, or both. Enjoy priority scheduling with up to two additional “as needed” appointments, direct provider access for secure messaging, check-ins, and prescription guidance, and flexible session options in-person or via video. Clients also gain access to additional resources, including guided tools, educational content, and wellness support, designed to keep you fully supported on your mental health journey.

The Accelerator Bundle is designed to help clients make consistent progress in just 12 weeks. Clients receive 8 sessions, either 30-minute medication management visits or 45-minute psychotherapy sessions, providing focused support, guidance, and continuity of care. This bundle keeps clients moving forward on their mental health journey with structured, personalized sessions over three months.
