I am the practice owner and lead psychiatric specialist at Destination Psychiatry, where I am honored to provide high-quality mental health care to residents of both Connecticut and New York. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience, 13 of which have been dedicated exclusively to psychiatry, I bring a comprehensive understanding of mental health and well-being to my practice.

My professional background spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, including general psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and work with children, adolescents, and adults. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside highly skilled psychiatric providers and clinicians, experiences that have continually expanded my knowledge of mental health conditions, evaluations, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum, including those on psychiatric medications, while also educating providers on the importance of maternal mental health.

My goal is to be a trusted provider and resource for the Waterbury community by offering a safe, welcoming space for clients, raising awareness about mental health, and continually expanding my services to reach more people with broader goals of health and wellness. I want every individual I work with to feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change as they move toward healing and growth.
