I am the practice owner and lead psychiatric specialist at Destination Psychiatry, where I provide comprehensive, high-quality mental health care to individuals across Connecticut and New York. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience in healthcare, including 14 years dedicated exclusively to psychiatry.

My clinical background spans inpatient and outpatient settings, including general psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside highly skilled psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary teams, which has strengthened my expertise in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

I am certified in perinatal mental health and am among the few providers in Connecticut with this specialized certification, allowing me to support individuals through pregnancy and the postpartum period with advanced, evidence-based care, including thoughtful psychiatric medication management. I also have a strong focus on educating clients and providers on maternal mental health.

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy travel, food, design, culture, music, and sunshine, which continually inspire creativity, perspective, and balance in both life and practice.
